If you feel a quiet longing to come home to yourself, to rest in stillness, and to remember what is truly essential, this retreat may be for you. In the gentle embrace of nature and silence, guided by the presence and clarity of Ragi, you are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover the peace that has always lived within you.
The 7-day retreat led by Ragi is an opportunity to taste the “Knowing” of your fundamental nature and integrate it in your daily life. Discover unbroken peace of mind, joy, and love, free from psychological and emotional suffering.
Each day includes meditation and gentle yoga in the morning, two Satsangs, self inquiry, emotional well-being practice, and time to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Art creations, music and dance are also forms of self discovery that are offered. Some days will take place in "Noble Silence", without talking or phones.
The Retreat center is located in the village of Czarnów near the town of Kamienna Góra. The venue is a beautiful purpose designed retreat centre that can accommodate 20 participants. Nestled in the hills of southern Poland surrounded by nature, there is the opportunity for lovely walks, healing in the sauna and natural stream.
The Retreat includes 6 nights accommodation in shared rooms with attached bathrooms, vegetarian food, and Ragi's guidance.
