You are invited to Self-Discovery with Ragi, Poland 13 – 19 August 2023.
The 7-day retreat/retreat conducted by Ragi is an opportunity to realize “Knowing” about your fundamental nature and embody it in everyday life. Discovery of life in undisturbed peace of mind, free from psychological
and emotional suffering.
Each day includes meditation and light yoga. Two satsangs, emotional wellbeing practice, self-inquiry and time to relax and celebrate. Some of the workshops will take place in the “Noble Silence” of life without conversations and telephones.
Meetings will be held in a house that provides space for 20 participants.
The price includes accommodation in shared rooms with bathrooms, vegetarian food and guidance/teaching.
The workshop center is located in the village of Czarnów near the town of Kamienna Góra – a quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. A suitable place for walking and meditation.
